Great question — and yes, there are just a couple of things not included:
Your travel to and from the event — you’ll be responsible for getting yourself to Salt Lake City and to the mansion.
Once you arrive, if any travel is needed for excursions or activities, we’ve got you covered.
Alcoholic beverages — we won’t be serving alcohol during the retreat, but if you’d like to enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evenings, you’re welcome to bring your own.
Everything else — lodging, meals, experiences, mastermind sessions, and surprises — is included in your retreat ticket.

Because we’ve rented a gorgeous luxury mansion for this retreat, you’ll be sharing a room with other powerhouse women.

We’ve carefully designed the spaces to be comfortable, beautiful, and perfect for real connection. Trust us — you’re going to leave with new friendships (and maybe a business partner or two).
And no worries — we’ll do our best to pair you with women from similar communities or experience levels where possible.
No — there is no discount for off-site accommodations.
You are welcome to stay off site. However, this retreat is designed as a fully immersive, all-inclusive experience.
Staying in the mansion is part of what makes this event so powerful. The connections, late-night strategy talks, and spontaneous moments happen because we’re all under one roof.
If you want the full OWN IT experience — you’ll want to stay with us.
Trust us, you won’t want to miss a minute of it.
Tickets are non-refundable.
However — we get that life happens. That’s why your ticket is transferrable to another woman within the Subto, Gator, or Top Tier TC community up until 2 weeks before the retreat.
If you can’t make it, just let us know and we’ll help coordinate the transfer.
We keep this room tight and intentional, so last-minute cancellations can affect the entire experience — which is why we have this policy in place.
Bottom line: If you’re claiming a spot, we’re counting on you to OWN IT.
Yes — absolutely.
On the registration form, you’ll have a chance to let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies.
As long as we know ahead of time, our private chef and team will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.
We want you to feel completely taken care of while you’re here — so you can focus on what matters: connecting, learning, and leveling up.
